1. Overview
This website, beingkevin.com, is a personal, non-commercial lifestyle blog. All content, including photos and videos, is created by Kevin for storytelling and community purposes. This blog does not sell products, host paid advertisements, or profit from the likeness of individuals or brands featured in its media.
2. Public Settings & Incidental Use
To document real-life experiences, media is often captured in public or semi-public locations (such as beaches, parks, malls, and restaurants).
* Incidental Capture: Any persons or brand logos appearing in the background of my media are captured incidentally. They are part of the natural environment and are not the intended subject of the content.
* No Endorsement: The appearance of a business, storefront, or logo does not imply an endorsement by that brand or an affiliation between the brand and this blog.
3. Compliance with US & Brazilian Law
I am committed to respecting privacy and personality rights in both the United States and Brazil:
* United States: Content is shared for personal/editorial purposes under First Amendment protections.

I respect your privacy. If you appear in any photo or video on this site and wish to be removed or have your face blurred, I offer a no-questions-asked removal process.
