I picked this post because, if I guessed correctly, it is the start of a book. I liked it so much that I would definitely buy and read it. I am kind of book-picky. I like a story that hooks me quickly, and this did. Typically, I like a book or know I will in the first page or two, definitely the first chapter. It’s rare for me to go more than a few pages without liking the book. Usually, it stays kind of boring, even crappy, and in some cases, I have panned books as bad but still read them. You can see on my blog what I had to say about Atlas Shrugged and 1984; it was not good.
That does not seem to be the case here. I liked this instantly and want to see the next chapter. Here are Chapters 1 and 2. Please see the link below. This was a very good, engaging read from the start. I’m not going to give it away, but it had great characters and a good story. I was hooked. Now I want chapter three.
