Well, it is not height, it might be width. In all honesty, it is no secret from a few posts that I am trying to learn survival Portuguese. I am getting a little better, and in response to an earlier prompt about gaining confidence, this should have been my answer. I think I know a good amount of words, I can probably understand better when it is slowly spoken, but speaking is harder to find the words and put them together, and then to say them. I guess this is how I have grown this year. I’m still learning and trying, which is not easy for a language at 63 and this one in particular. I think I will get there. At least survivable. On the positive side, I don’t have many problems ordering food.
