This is one of those esoteric questions that, in the grand scheme of things, doesn’t really matter. When people ask this, do they mean, “Wow, that was weird,” or do they mean, “Does all of this actually exist?”
We all have those “that was weird” moments. But the latter question—whether everything around us is real—is certainly sparking a lot of discussion lately. There are so many articles being published right now claiming that reality is fake and that our consciousness is creating it. Personally, I find that kind of thinking is either way above my ability to comprehend or so far out there that it amounts to nothing but noise.
For me, reality is a day-to-day existence. I don’t question it, and I don’t try to understand why things are the way they are or why they happen. I just go about my day, deal with whatever comes up, and do my best to enjoy each moment. I don’t question reality because I am too busy living it.
