I’m not really sure. Since I’m new to Brazil, I’m not sure how these community things work, and it is not something I’m used to, having always lived in quieter suburbs in the US. I guess if I had to say or pick something since petty crime can be somewhat of an issue here maybe see if one of those neighborhood watches can e put in place. Since it is all gated apartments, maybe pay to have night guards stationed just inside the gates of every building. I have not noticed it. I guess that could help as more of a presence around to signal for help.
