I think the world has to many great things to see, especially from history. I can’t say there is no place I wouldn’t want to go, unless it were physically dangerous or harmful in any way. Most people could not see a concentration camp, and I know that seems hard, but I would want to see it from the historical standpoint of the horrors a human could inflict on another human, and never forget.
I remember as a kid, there was a TV show called Scared Straight that brought kids into dangerous prisons in a controlled environment. They got to talk to inmates as a way to show them what can happen in a place like prison.
From a historical perspective, I would not want to see any place unless it is considered dangerous or life-threatening. I certainly would not visit Iran right now, but its culture and history are amazing; it is just too dangerous for obvious reasons
