Daily Prompt – What Gives You Direction In Life?
Well, I have to admit this one seems odd. Your direction in life changes with age, needs, situations, and many other factors. First, your parents should give you direction and guidance, of course. However, once you are an adult, it is driven by your needs, education, job, your family, and what is good for them. There should always be a core foundation to be honest and live by society’s norms. Notice I did not say ethics or morality, as those can vary by person and be influenced by desires, but we can agree there is a core set that aligns with societal norms.
My direction has always been fluid and changing based on what is best for my family and me.
