Absolutely. I’m not sure why anyone would ever stop learning. It engages the mind, and you can never have too much knowledge. Learning new things is genuinely enjoyable.
I also believe that if you stop learning, your thinking can become rigid. There’s less room to understand change, and that can lead to anger, frustration, or even resentment. Everything around us is constantly evolving. Picking up a book, trying something new, or exploring an interest keeps the mind open. It has always been important to me, and over time it has shaped my opinions and broadened my perspective.
My father was a big reader, and that is something I inherited from him and still value deeply. Through reading, I continue to learn constantly. My father-in-law was the same. Even into his late 90s, I would see him reading or working on his photography, always exploring something new. He never stopped being curious.
You are never too old to learn, and never too old to try something new.
