What are some life hacks that you practice?
Well, at 63 and retired, with nagging full-body arthritis, I like to practice putting on my pants without falling down.
I would love to tie my shoes by bending over or squatting down, but that would mean either falling over or not being able to stand back up. Neither seems particularly helpful.
I like to take naps. I’m told they can help with longevity, and it is the best hack I can come up with since I’m usually too tired after the gym to pursue my other ambitions, like world domination, while sitting in my chair or at the coffee shop with my pão de queijo and coxinha.
So, I’m not really sure what the hell a “life hack” is.
For me, a life hack is doing what I like for as long as I can without getting hurt.
At this point, that feels like a pretty successful strategy.
