If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
It’s an interesting question because, at 63, it’s something I never really thought about. I was born and raised in New England before moving to Florida in 2014. A year later, I took my first trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Having spent most of my life in small towns and suburban neighborhoods, you would think a city as large and energetic as Rio wouldn’t appeal to me. Surprisingly, the opposite happened. From the moment I arrived, I fell in love with the city—its energy, scenery, culture, and people.
So, to answer the question: If I could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? I’m already living exactly where I want to be: Rio, Brazil.
